Color Maxx and HTV

Our Color Maxx and HTV processes enable us to offer several material options to include standard HTV, Color Maxx, Stretch Lithography, Glow in the Dark, Glitter and more. These processes are great for sports jerseys with player names, or any other garment. Designs can be printed on any fabric type or color. 

Unlike screen printed designs, Color Maxx and HTV orders are not subject to design color limitations, nor is the cost calculated per color. As a result, your design can have as many colors as you'd like at no extra cost to you! Color Maxx and HTV involves creating a stencil of your image on a material that will then be applied to your garment. The material we use is very thin (about 88 microns!), yet durable and pliable. This allows your garment to be stretched or folded with absolutely no issues, while still providing a soft feel. 

Typically, Color Maxx and HTV materials can be washed AT LEAST 50 times before you might begin to see any signs of wear and tear. Often, it takes much longer. In fact, many of our customers love the result so much that they've moved away from traditional screen printed garments altogether!
